Good luck to all those running in tomorrows London Marathon, including the 3 convicts from Standford Hill prison on the Isle of Sheppey. Andy Watts and Steve Sampson are running for Frank Bruno's charity for disabled children and Richard Davis is raising money for the South Asia Earthquake Appeal. Hope they remember to stop running after 26 miles
