Thames Water Shortage
Announcing that we may soon have to endure a hosepipe ban in the south. Thames water announce that they are 'losing' 915 million Litres a day through leakage. I think they should be asking two likely lads from Peckham under the surname of Trotter....

If Oxfam can supply water to a whole village for a £1 a week, how comes it costs my 3 bedroom shanty £20 a week?
